These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between SurkhiPowder.com and you. By applying to become an ambassador, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

Ambassador Agreement: By applying to the SurkhiPowder.com Ambassador Program, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Relationship of Parties: This Agreement does not create an agency, partnership, joint venture, or franchise relationship between the Ambassador and SurkhiPowder.com. The Ambassador is an independent contractor and shall not have any authority to bind SurkhiPowder.com.

Ambassador’s Obligations: The Ambassador agrees to promote SurkhiPowder.com and its products through approved marketing channels. The Ambassador will be responsible for ensuring that all promotions are legal, ethical, and do not infringe on any third-party rights.

Compensation: The Ambassador will be compensated for each sale made through their unique referral link or discount code. The compensation rate will be agreed upon by both parties and will be subject to change at SurkhiPowder.com’s discretion. The Ambassador will not be entitled to any compensation for sales that are canceled, refunded, or fraudulent.

Commissions and Payments: Commissions will be paid on a monthly basis for sales made during the previous month. Payments will be made any payment method agreed upon by both parties. SurkhiPowder.com reserves the right to withhold payment if it suspects fraud or any violation of this Agreement.

Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the Ambassador will no longer be entitled to receive compensation for any future sales.

Intellectual Property: The Ambassador acknowledges that all trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property rights associated with SurkhiPowder.com and its products are the sole property of SurkhiPowder.com. The Ambassador may not use any of these intellectual property rights without the prior written consent of SurkhiPowder.com.

Confidentiality: The Ambassador agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all confidential information received from SurkhiPowder.com, including but not limited to customer information, sales data, and marketing strategies.

Governing Law: This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SurkhiPowder.com is registered.

Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between SurkhiPowder.com and the Ambassador and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, or negotiations, whether oral or written.
